Orders & Shipping
PESKYS processes and ships in stock items within 2 business days. Our standard shipping is USPS Priority. You will receive a shipping notification email when the product ships that will allow you to track your items. We currently ship to the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii and will be expanding to new international markets soon. Sorry, we DO NOT ship Internationally at this time.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Returns
We are working our buns off to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometime things do not work out.
Here’s the good news: we accept returns within 21 days of when you receive your item for items in new condition.
And here is the fine print: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and not altered in any way with original tags attached. All the original tags must be attached. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. PESKYS is not responsible for return shipping charges. We will refund your original form of payment within 2 business days of receipt of returned items.
Every purchase includes an Exchange and Returns form, but if you misplaced it, not to worry. You can download a fillable one.
